Many people yearn for a long, healthy, happy and successful life. This, of course, depends on several basic key factors. The most important constant is and remains your sleep.
Get to know the most important key factors which will provide valuable services for your best sleep. Here, every key factor is working for itself and in connection with the others synergistically. Your absolute key factor #1 are your sleeping place and your sleeping underlay. Should this key factor not meet all important basic sleep biological pre conditions for healthy and recreational sleep, the rest of the key factors won’t be fully effective.
Key factor # 1: nature-like bed room, nature-like bed-frame and bed-content and nature-like lighting

Key factor # 3: bio-active water
Key factor # 4: sufficient day- and sunlight

In our present engineered and environmental impaired time, the importance of the sleeping place has completely changed. When you are not able to sufficiently recreate and recover during sleep, all functions of your body and mind are effected. Should this situation persist over many months or even years your soul is in serious danger, too: fatigue, depression and burnout impend. The optimization of sleeping place and sleeping underlay has the highest leverage effect and act as multiplier and amplifier for all other key factors. Since everything affects everything else you have to find out which additional key factors besides optimization of your sleeping place build your personal biggest bottleneck for sleep improvement.
Here, in the beginning we are talking about the most elementary basic condition for healthy sleep. Of course, sometimes this is a challenge. Especially when you are suffering under physical or mental problems.
By the way, the same strategy might be applied for existing health disturbances –- most of the times they are connected with sleep disturbances, too. And of course the other way round. Only when you got rid of this bottleneck take time for the other key factors and integrate them step by step to reach a sleephealthy life.
The more sleep factors you are actively integrating into your sleep-life the bigger the positive multiplier and the therewith connected success for the best possible sleep in your life. If you succeed here, this will be the biggest reciprocal effect on all levels.

Out of this reason, no matter how your momentary situation concerning sleep quality is or what problem or health disturbance is burdening you at the moment, always start with the optimization of your sleeping place and especially of your sleeping underlay, your bed.
