This topic is confronted with an explosion of information and knowledge.
The simplified essence is as follows: “Healthy nutrition” is understood to be an optimal, nature-based diet that is whetting the appetite and tastes good. A diet, that gives the organism everything it really needs and avoids anything that it doesn’t need or even harms it. At the same time, it is a diet you get well with when you are sick or stay well permanently when you are healthy.
Out of this reason, prefer food that is organically grown, living, rich in vital substances and in nutrients, that contain all necessary (also secondary) nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino and fatty acids.
The key factor # 2 should be complimented with the intent to consciously avoid industrial processed, chemicalized or irradiated food. Targeted control of the acid-base balance is playing an important role, too. There is a wide range of literature dealing with this subject that will give a you an understanding of healthy nutrition.
The “sleep-healthy” diet recommends food, teas and beverages that help to better “digest” stress and enhance the process of falling asleep and of sleeping through. Here, it is about “brain-food”, too, because, good sleep and feeling well is only possible, when your organism is able to synthesize the hormones needed. Above all the “happy hormone” serotonin and the sleeping hormone melatonin.
