We people are water spirits. Out of this reason, regularly drink healthy, living and if possible non-carbonated water. Should your tap water not meet these requirements, switch to natural mineral water. Also deal with the possibility, to energize, inform or re-structure your drinking water.
Ideal daily intake are about 3 per cent of your body weight. Meaning, when you are weighing about 80 kg, you should drink about 2.5 liters of water per day. Upwards, the amount is variable and also depends on your activity and performance scale. When you are an active athlete you will accordingly need more water.
Distribute the drinking amount evenly over the whole day. Of course, here it is important that the water is not just “streaming through” your body, but that it is stored. Here, the diet is playing an important role. Especially the consumption of chlorophyll-containing “green” food like salad, vegetables, grasses up to seaweed. A glass of lukewarm water, ideally with a squeeze of lemon or ginger extract should be part of your daily morning-wake-up-ritual.
