No matter whether we are talking about your overall health or healthy sleeping -– physically you should be as fit as possible. Out of this reason, optimize your body-physiology and –fitness through exercise, sports and regular work out (Nordic walking, jogging, rebounding on a mini-trampoline etc.). When you are having sufficient physical activity and are doing sports moderately you are clearly and measurably having a better sleep compared to people who do without. But, it is also important to bring an adequate muscle mass into your body.
