At home, for sure the bedroom is the room we are spending most time in. On an average, six to ten hours. Therefore, it seems reasonable to care for a good atmosphere in your bedroom. Besides the furnishing and a holistic sleep-system, especially the appropriate room climate contributes to our well-being. Because, only when the room climate in your bedroom is perfect, you will be able to reach the best sleep duration and sleep quality.
The perfect room climate
The optimal room temperature is from 61° to 64° F. Is the room temperature higher, the oxygen intake is decreased. Furthermore, we are sweating more easily when the bedroom is too warm. Is the temperature too low, tiredness is suppressed and falling asleep becomes harder.
Ideal air humidity in your bedroom
The ideal humidity is between 40 and 60 %. When going to bed, the humidity should be slightly more than 40 %. Due to nightly sweating and the breathing air, humidity gets into the air during sleep. This automatically increases humidity. In the morning, humidity is normalized by ventilation.
