Everything in our live is co-controlled and co-influenced by outer and inner rhythms and oscillations. Hence, your daily routine as well as your inner and outer impulse generators are also co-responsible for your sleep rhythm and therefore your sleeping quality.
To include the complete daily-rhythmogramm into a sleep-analysis and qualitative evaluation of sleep is a high but inevitable requirement for the present time and the future of the sleep science and sleep medicine. Because, like investigations prove, the most frequent inner cause for sleep disturbances is the psycho-social stress that in turn has an effect on our psycho-physical condition and therefore disturbs our inner wake-sleep-dream-rhythm. Here, we are also talking about emotional effects that may consist of fear, working pressure, sorrow, anger, rage, aggression and a lot of other conflicts. So, these are classical rhythm-interrupter. A high quality sleep needs in any case one important factor –- especially before falling asleep: harmony of body, mind and soul!
So, after the “bottleneck-principle”, with a holistic sleep analysis and the following sleep coaching the rhythms and sleep factors have to be optimized in a way that the biggest negative influencing factor on the own sleep and its quality has to be determined and eliminated. It is very important, that the sleeping place and its manifold influences are examined, too. The most frequent rhythm- and sleep-interrupter are noise and electromagnetic pollution.
The human being itself is a system of systems (for example: nervous-, hormone-, heart-, circulatory- and immune system) and is in constant interaction with a whole range of outer systems (for example: nature, environment, house and apartment, working world, social issues, …). And: since everything is connected with everything — everything influences everything!
This especially applies on us humans since we are a so-called “open system” and therefore are in constant interaction with nature and environment. Only when we get into rhythmical resonance with these outer impulse generators our inner rhythms are harmonious, too. In addition to that stands the uniqueness of our different states of consciousness (like waking-, sleeping-, and dreaming state) and the more or less free choice of thoughts. Especially this interaction between body, mind and soul shapes the human being –- his thoughts, his actions, his health, his vitality, his joy of life, his successes –- his (and her) whole life.
In the beginning there is the spirit –- meaning, that only with our thinking, our mind and our consciousness we are able to get to know and use ways, therapies and remedies for our health, our vitality, our performance as well as our success. In the end, holistic health and bioenergetic sleep® only are able to come from the inside and through ourselves. Like quality of the day is the quality of the night!
