Actually, you are having a good sleep, you are not suffering under sleep disturbances and still: in the morning you are not really feeling rested or slept off, you are not having sufficient energy for the daily tasks. A clear sign that not only quantity, but above all QUALITY of sleep counts.
During sleep we are giving up the control over our body. Especially now it is important that our sleeping system is taking over the support function of the spine and the musculature. This enables to really let go and to sink into deep sleep – which is especially important for physical recovery. But be careful: only an orthopaedic sleeping-system supplemented with an orthopaedic pillow guarantees that your body is properly supported! Only then, you can prevent from pain in the back and/or in the neck that is due to an improper bedding (for example a too hard mattress) or a missing support (for example a too soft mattress).
When you are having a high-quality-sleep the ratio of the single sleeping phases is well balanced and your body, mind and soul receive enough time and above all the possibility to charge the batteries for the day to come!
