The positive biological effects of body-grounding, especially the optimization of sleep as well as a better regeneration are proved by pilot-studies (Chevalier 2006). Because of their effects on health, well-being and sleep, technically caused radiation exposures are serious negative- and stress-factors. Already in 2005, Roger Applewhite, an American Professor, has developed a model of the electric network of the human body during sleep and has proved therewith that the sleeping human being needs to be grounded to achieve a healthy sleep. The wide scale grounding of the human body during sleep is supporting the calming parasympathetic function and the Alpha-Theta- and Delta-Rhythm of the EEG, is leading to sleep improvement, and to stress- and pain-reduction. This principle gets implemented by a special overlay, grounding-able and currentless. Due to this technology, IT workplaces (seat covers) and especially sleeping human beings experience a physiologically compatible compensation of unnatural, technically produced waves and rays. This fact also gets proved by studies and measurings by the American scientist Clinton Ober.
Further numerable measurings and pilot-studies have shown the effectiveness in regard to improvement of sleeping-quality. Here, falling asleep gets easier which means that grounded people took significantly less time to fall asleep and were able to better sleep through compared to placebo groups. Another phenomenon is the extension of the REM-phases. This supports a better psychically and mentally regeneration.
