Keep your baby feeling safe and secure and keeping the naptime and bedtime routine almost every day. Babys and Children need routines so you shouldn’t change every day the hours before going to bed. Reading from a book, a short massage and also toys and blankets, especially those which associate your Baby with napping and bedtime. Children feel more secure when they know what to expect. It is also important that the bedtime routine starts at a reasonable hour that the baby isn’t overtired, which may make it harder for child and parents.
Regular bedtime routines are important but also make sure that your baby has a regular schedule. So make sure that the time of napping, eating, playing and get ready for bed is at about the same time every day. So it will be much easier to fall asleep without a struggle.
Instead of nursing you also have to give your child the chance to fall asleep on her own. It is important to practice this skill if you want your baby to sleep independently.
