Seminar for becoming a certified sleep-healthy-coach according to Prof. Dr. med. h.c. Günther W. Amann-Jennson – February 17th to 19th

Support healthy sleep and exploit full health potential of regenerative sleep: the “Institut für Schlafpsychologie & Schlafcoaching (Institute for Sleep Psychology & Sleep Coaching)” is specialized in supporting holistic sleep health and optimizing the healing effect of restful sleep. For the 21st century, the WHO’s predicts mental exhaustion, burnout and depression to be our major health challenges. These health disturbances have a common denominator: disturbed sleep. Therefore, healthy sleep gains in importance, especially when it comes to physical and mental health.

Training as a sleep-healthy-coach

The training aims at people who are interested in healthy sleep or who want to integrate healthy sleep into their professional activity. The seminar could serve as additional qualification as well as second mainstay. As sleep-healthy-coach, you are competent contact person, you are able to integrate the acquired knowledge in your daily work and to optimize the sustainable, healthy sleep of your clients and patients. Healthy and regenerative sleep positively affects all situations of everyday life.
