Reversed trend is well on the way
In my opinion, a further continuation of developing more diseases and less health is hardly possible. My personal impression is that the “critical mass” of people willing for a change – at least one for themselves – has reached a sufficient magnitude. Experts and trend scouts locate similar changing signals in the field of medicine and medical science as well as in general health care. To accelerate this change, an ancient medicinal system would be helpful: doctors and all health-related professions only become paid, when their patients stay healthy as far as possible or are fit again in a reasonable period. Of course, our current “health-system” is only able to economically live from diseases, as long as there are enough healthy people. With the ratio of 10 % healthy people versus 90 % sick people a complete turnaround incl. a paradigm shift is inevitable. This makes sleep to the biggest lifestyle-health-project of all time (Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute for Trend Research, Zurich, Switzerland).

That’s exactly what I want to achieve with the series “Is there still hope for our health?”. For the last 30 years I have been dealing with practicable solutions for health and especially for healthy sleep.
